Infraserv Vakuumservice GmbH, based in Eching near Munich, sells, repairs and maintains vacuum pumps and their components

The company was founded in 1993 and is now an independent subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation, which has its headquarters in Kyoto, Japan.

In 2018, Infraserv Vakuumservice GmbH was acquired by Shimadzu after the founders stepped back from day-to-day operations due to their age.

Expertise and Experience

Infraserv Vakuumservice GmbH employs around 43 staff, roughly half of whom work in technical services.

All staff members have extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, cleanroom technology and vacuum technology. This expertise enables a deep understanding of complex processes and forms the basis for practical, cost-effective solutions.
