Service Technician for Turbomolecular Pumps (m/f/d)

Your specific tasks will include:
Performing all activities related to the repair of turbomolecular pumps:
- Inspection and disassembly
- Diagnosis and analysis
- Cleaning and decontamination
- Repair and maintenance
- Testing and final inspection
Key equipment/components:
- Turbomolecular pumps
- Leak detectors
- Measuring tubes
- Control and other electronic devices
Other tasks:
- Booking removed goods and time spent in the ERP system for the corresponding order
- Technical clarification with customers in the event of complaints and warranty claims
- Preparation of repair reports
Your requirements profile:
- Completed technical training in areas such as electronics, mechatronics, precision engineering or comparable fields of activity
- Experience in the repair and maintenance of vacuum technology, turbomolecular pumps or related equipment
- Knowledge of the analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical systems
- Experience in the use of measurement and testing technology
- Confident use of ERP systems for documenting working hours and material usage
- Initial experience in dealing with customers
- Interest and willingness to familiarise yourself with future technologies
- Fluent German (C2) and at least independent English (B2)
- Class B driving licence
