Your specific tasks will include:

Performing all activities related to the repair of turbomolecular pumps:

• Inspection and disassembly
• Diagnosis and analysis
• Cleaning and decontamination
• Repair and maintenance
• Testing and final inspection

Key equipment/components:

• Turbomolecular pumps
• Leak detectors
• Measuring tubes
• Control and other electronic devices

Other tasks:

• Booking removed goods and time spent in the ERP system for the corresponding order
• Technical clarification with customers in the event of complaints and warranty claims
• Preparation of repair reports

Your requirements profile:

• Completed technical training in areas such as electronics, mechatronics, precision engineering or comparable fields of activity
• Experience in the repair and maintenance of vacuum technology, turbomolecular pumps or related equipment
• Knowledge of the analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical systems
• Experience in the use of measurement and testing technology
• Confident use of ERP systems for documenting working hours and material usage
• Initial experience in dealing with customers
• Interest and willingness to familiarise yourself with future technologies
• Fluent German (C2) and at least independent English (B2)
• Class B driving licence
