Collection of data, purpose of processing and legal bases
When concluding the contract we collect personal data about you, e.g. name and surname, address, email address or phone number. We use this data only for fulfilling our contractual obligations. For example we use your address for sending you the product you have ordered or your email address to contact you when necessary.
The legal basis for processing the Data is the fulfilling of the contract with you according to Art. 6(1) lit. b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you consent Art. 6(1) lit. a) GDPR is a further legal basis.
Transfer of Data to processors
In processing the Data, we make use of assistants, particularly in the realm of IT. Those assistants process the Data as so-called processors, i.e. on the basis of a written contract governing the details of the data processing, by which the processor undertakes to handle the Data with due care. Data processing by contract will, for example, occur where we store Data in an external data centre. We use processors of this kind in the following areas:

Other Transfers
We transfer personal data to external agencies to meet our contractual or legal obligations. By law we are required to transfer data to governmental authorities, e.g. tax authorities, regulators and law enforcement agencies.
When transferring data to external agencies in third countries, i.e. outside the EU and/or the EEA, we make sure that these agencies handle personal data with the same care as within the EU and/or the EEA. We transfer personal data only to third countries, where the EU Commission has decided that it ensures an adequate level of protection. If there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission we ensure handling of the personal data with due care with contracts or other appropriate safeguards.
Storing Period
We process and store your data only for as long as it is required to fulfil our contractual obligations. Once the purpose of processing no longer exists, your data will be blocked or erased. If there are any additional statutory duties to store the data, we block or erase your data upon the lapse of the statutory storing periods.
Your Rights
Here you will find your rights regarding your personal data. Details can be found in Art. 7, 15-22 and 77 GDPR. In this regard, you can contact the controller or the data protection officer.
- Right to withdraw your data protection consent according to Art. 7(3) S. 1 GDPR
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing before its withdrawal. - Right of access according to Art. 15 GDPR
You have the right to request confirmation whether we obtain personal data concerning you.In this case you have the right to get information about your personal data as well as further information, e.g. the purposes of processing, categories of personal data concerned, the recipients and the planed period of storage or the criteria used to determine that period. - Right to obtain rectification and completion according to Art. 16 GDPR
You have the right to obtain the correction of incorrect data without delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete data. - Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) according to Art. 17 GDPR
You have a right of erasure, as far as the processing is not necessary. This is the case, if your data is no longer necessary for the original purposes, for example if you have withdrawn your consent or if the data was processed unlawfully. - Right restriction of processing according to Art. 18 GDPR
You have the right to obtain processing, e.g. if you believe that the personal data is incorrect. - Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. - Right to object according to Art. 21 GDPR
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of certain personal data concerning you for reasons arising from your particular situation.In the case of direct marketing, you as the data subject have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with direct marketing. - Automated individual decision-making, including profiling according to Art. 22 GDPR
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing – including profiling – except in the exceptional circumstances mentioned in Art. 22 GDPR. A decision based solely on automated processing – including profiling – does not take place. - Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR
