Your specific tasks will include:
- Cost-effective purchasing of goods and negotiating with suppliers
- Evaluating new suppliers
- Coordinating and monitoring the required quality of goods
- Tracking and adhering to delivery dates, creating delivery reminders
- Internal distribution of goods
- Posting goods receipts
- Maintaining stock levels, such as manual stock entries, disposals, additions, transfers, production entries
- Maintaining and monitoring storage locations
- Maintaining the article master
- Holiday replacement for the Head of Logistics
Your requirements profile:
- Commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in purchasing, especially with mechanical and electronic components
- Initial experience in dealing with international suppliers
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics processes, as well as supply chains
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical and cost-conscious thinking
- Confident use of ERP systems
- Fluent German (B2) and at least independent English (B2)
- Class B driving licence
