Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40 is the latest update of the EU’s rules on packaging and packaging waste. It aims at improving the quality of the environment by preventing and reducing the impact of packaging and packaging waste on the environment. This Directive is transposed into national legislation and implemented in each EU Member state.
