The 20th Silicon Saxony Days, 15-17 June 2026
The Silicon Saxony Days were the first Silicon Saxony event Infraserv joined. It was very busy and well attended, and it immediately showed the strong growth and importance of the semiconductor industry in the region.
The atmosphere was positive, energetic, and focused on collaboration with a strong sense of optimism about the future of the European semiconductor industry. AI was clearly the dominant topic, along with investments in semiconductor manufacturing, infrastructure, and Europe’s technological independence. The key takeaway for us was that AI continues to drive significant growth and investment across the semiconductor ecosystem, while Europe is actively strengthening its capabilities and infrastructure to become more self-reliant.
